Ordering & Payments

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply your discount code at checkout before completing your payment.

After selecting the product you want, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You may continue through the debit or credit card checkout option, whether you plan to pay by card or through PayPal.

On mobile devices, tap “Show order summary” to open the discount code field. On desktop, the discount code box is usually shown on the right side of the checkout page. Enter your code, click apply, and then continue with your preferred payment method.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard international shipping is generally USD $5.99.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your shipping destination, product availability, or current promotional offers. The final shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before your order is submitted.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Ihgwsujwgiri ships worldwide.

To improve delivery speed and order efficiency, your order may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment centers depending on product availability and your delivery address.

How long does shipping usually take?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, most orders are delivered within 10–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to destination country, customs processing, local carrier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package through the carrier’s official tracking page or by using a third-party tracking website such as 17track.net.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

In some cases, tracking may temporarily stop updating while the package is moving between countries, facilities, or carrier networks.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or become available at different times.

When applicable, each package will have its own tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I update my shipping address, recipient name, or phone number?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ihgwsujwgiri.com with the subject line:

Urgent: Address Change

Please include the following details in your email:

Your Order Number
Your Order Email
The corrected full shipping address
The correct recipient name
The correct phone number

We will do our best to update your order before it is sent for fulfillment. However, once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to make further changes.

Can I change the product, color, size, or quantity in my order?

Order modifications may be possible only if your request is received before the order begins processing or fulfillment.

Urgent: Order Change

In your message, please include your Order Number, Order Email, and the exact change you would like to make.

Once your order has entered fulfillment or has already shipped, changes can no longer be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation.

Please note that a small processing fee may apply to canceled orders. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

What if my product has a defect or quality issue?

Account & Communication

I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@ihgwsujwgiri.com using the email address you entered at checkout. We will help verify your order and resend the confirmation email when possible.

I have not received my tracking number. What should I do?

Tracking details are usually sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.

If you have not received a tracking email after this time, please check your spam or junk folder. You may also contact us with your Order Number and Order Email so we can assist you.
