Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Shipping Delays

Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier officially confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will review the case and may arrange a replacement shipment when applicable.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost in transit.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, building management, your mailbox area, front desk, household members, or your local carrier.
Stolen or Misplaced Packages After Delivery
