General Return Policy

All purchases made through Ihgwsujwgiri are considered final sale.

We do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Color preference
Ordering the wrong item by mistake
No longer needing or wanting the product

A refund, replacement, or return request may only be reviewed if the item received is confirmed to have a quality issue, arrives damaged, or is different from the item ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We make every effort to check and prepare products carefully before shipment. However, damage or errors may occasionally happen during production, packaging, or transportation.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The email address used to place the order
A clear explanation of the issue
Photos or videos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the information provided. If the issue is verified, we may offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that refund arrival times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. In most cases, approved refunds are reflected within 7–12 business days after being processed by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer standard product exchanges.

Replacement products are only provided when our support team has confirmed an order issue, such as a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item received.

Unauthorized Returns
